MySundayPhoto – A Beach and a Lighthouse

MySundayPhoto – A Beach and a Lighthouse

I have a thing for a Beautiful rugged beach….with rock pools and shells a plenty.  This is Yellowcraig beach, Scotland.

You can just see the 1885 lighthouse on Fidra Island – the inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson famous tale Treasure Island. I think this may be one of my favourite beaches that we have visited as a family. It was absolutely stunning

At one point we were the only people on the beach……..

Have a wonderful Sunday

Thanks for stopping by,

It’s such a beautiful view and lighthouse keepers must have gazed out and admired it all many a time I guess 🙂

Beaches in Scotland always look so amazing if only it wasn’t quite so cold #MySundayPhoto
