Tesalate beach towel review
This is a review of Tesalate sand free beach towels. I have always prided myself on only accepting items for review that are a great fit with my blog, and when Tesalate got in touch I was thrilled. I was excited to try out their innovative lightweight sand free beach towel- perfect for travel (and rucksacks or beach bags filled with more things than you can ever imagine!!)
A sand free beach towel? Really?
Yes really.
I would also argue that Tesalate offer THE MOST beautiful collection of beach towels that I have seen. There is a Tesalate towel for everyone, with striking designs and beautiful colours – you really won’t be disappointed
We opted for the Phoenix beach Towel for Two – an oversized beach towel 160cm x 160cm / 63 x 63 inches, with a striking geometric pattern.
Is a Tesalate towel really worth it?
Oh my goodness yes.
It is an absolutely beautiful beach towel. but it is more than just a pretty face.
Tesalate towels are easy to maintain. Basically a cold machine wash, and hanging it out to dry will keep it like new. You can also pop your Tesalate towel into a tumble dry on low heat if need be.
This Australian beach towel is ultra absorbent (over 1 litre plus of water!!!) quick drying and extremely compact so it fits in your bag when rolled. Basically it is the perfect travel towel and great if you are struggling for storage in a small campervan, RV, motorhome or when camping. And we are always looking for storage hacks for vanlife with kids.

Tesalate towels are fast drying and super absorbent.
They are lightweight. It is a beach towel that simply rolls up in a bag unlike the bulky alternatives. It also comes in a waterproof nylon drawstring bag that can easily be carried in a small beach bag, rucksack or even in a bike basket!!!
Tesalate are sandless beach towels, meaning sand easily slides off the towel due to the AbsorbLite microfibre.
It has a Towel hook. I only learned this recently but Tesalate towels feature a hanging hook – a clever addition to ensure your towels hang clean and dry.
