If you are wondering if you can you take a dog to Eurocamp in France…. then yes – you absolutely can! We have just returned from a Eurocamp holiday in Paris with our golden retriever, and I think he enjoyed visiting the Eiffel Tower as much as we did! There are plenty of amazing Eurocamp parcs in France, that welcome all the family including our dogs. Here s our pick of a few awesome Eurocamp dog friendly parcs in France.

Dog friendly Eurocamp Holidays in France
There are a number of Dog friendly accommodation option with Eurocamp, these are generally the Classic and Comfort ranges, as well as selected lodges and tents.
Once you have picked your Eurocamp parc, do check with the Eurocamp team and add your dog. Please be mindful that in dog friendly Eurocamp parcs, dogs must be on a lead and supervised at all times on the parc. Parcs may ask for you to have the vaccination record with them.
You can find out more about taking a dog from the UK to France here, but just to add, the reception team were great at helping us sort our vet appointment for worming treatment before travelling back to the UK when we recently visited Paris so it is also worth asking the reception when you arrive.

La Croix du Vieux Pont
La Croix du Vieux Pont is a large Eurocamp parc with 623 pitches and just over an hour and a half drive away from the centre of Paris and Disneyland® Resort Paris.
This parc offers dog friendly accommodation and has plenty on offer for families with an abundance of activities including a four pools (a retractable roof for all weather) and waterslides. There is also a beach lagoon and a number of family friendly activities on site.
The parc is large with plenty of areas for dog walking around the parc. The nearest town is Vic-sur-Aisne and there is a shuttle bus into Paris and Disneyland® Resort Paris that allowed us to take our go on (this was pre arranged with the bus company).
Atlantic Club Montalivet
Atlantic Club Montalivet is a large parc with 842 Pitches located on the Atlantic coast. This family friendly and toddler friendly parc is a gorgeous beachside parc with pools and a wellness area.
There are plenty of options for food and drink including an ice cream parlour, bars, snack bar and restaurant. The nearest port is Saint-Malo and Nearest town is Montalivet. This parc has direct access to a beach.
This parc allows dogs in selected accommodation and again, dogs must be kept on a lead at all time around the parc.
Atlantic Club Montalivet runs its own kids’ clubs and you are welcome to make use of these throughout your holiday however Eurocamp do not have any involvement in the clubs or how they are organised, including the quality of activities available.
Saint Avit Loisirs

Saint Avait Loisirs is a medium sized parc with 320 Pitches and we LOVED it here. This parc is situated in the heart of the countryside, and there is so much to do for families ( we have included this parc in our best family friendly campsites in France post). There are six pools to close from and water slides aplenty. There is also plenty of other activities including tennis, trampolining, football, basketball and boules.
There are free kids clubs over the Summer.
Dogs are permitted on this parc in selected accommodation types ( please check with the Eurocamp team if you need further information on dog friendly Eurocamp accommodation).
The nearest port is St Malo, and nearest airport is Bergerac.

Le Domaine du Clarys – Le Clarys Plage
Another bustling parc with around 434 pitches. We stayed here pre pandemic and absolutely loved the parc and the area. There is so much to do in and around the nearest town of Saint-Jean-de-Monts.
The parc itself is dog friendly and family friendly, and there is a great pool complex, with heated outdoor pools, a lazy river, three waterslides, a spray park, and a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi.
Just one thing to note – the parc is split into two areas by a road. Some of our accommodation can be found on the part of the site located across the road from the main facilities.
The beach is just a short stroll away and accessible by foot (epic sunsets here too). The nearest airport is Nantes and nearest port is St Malo.

Le Pin Parasol

We visited Le Pin Parasol in the Vendée just before the pandemic, and we absolutely loved it and wished we had stayed longer. We are really looking forward to returning this Summer.
Le Pin Parasol is set in woodlands on the banks of a lake, and is a large parc with 512 pitches.
There is plenty to see and do with a swimming pool, water slide, tennis courts and on the banks of Lac du Jaunay, therefore perfectly placed for fishing, or pedalo hire.
For us, the pool complex, bar areas and restaurants were amazing and this was our pull to return again this year.
Dogs are permitted in selected accommodation types and must be kept on a lead in the parc at all times.

Château de Galaure, Alps
Château de Galaure is a medium sized parc with around 476 pitches. It has a fantastic pool complex with three traditional pools, a lagoon-style pool edged with a sandy beach and four waterslides. There are plenty of activities on offer for families including tennis, football, archery, volleyball, boules and playgrounds. You will also find a kids club here available for 4-12 year olds.
The parc is dog friendly and has selected accommodation to allow you to bring along your fur baby.
Nearest airport is Grenoble and nearest port is Calais.
Le Mané Guernehué

Le Mané Guernehué is a medium Eurocamp parc with around 377 Pitches and another favourite of ours.
The parc is situated in Brittany, with the nearest port being St Malo.
There is so much to see and do here for families, including a great swimming pool complex with water slides, horesriding, adventure course, tennis, basketball, football and cycle hire. There is also a wellness centre too offering a range of beauty treatments.
There is plenty to do nearby, and we loved visiting beautiful Auray – around 9km away.

Mayotte Vacances
Camping Mayotte Vacances is a. large parc with 675 pitches with the nearest airport being
Bordeaux-Mérignac and nearest port Saint-Malo.
There is an amazing waterpark with a new waterslide, paddling pool and solarium. There are plenty of activities including minigolf, volleyball, table tennis and pétanque, and woodland trails too.
Lake Biscarosse, is nearby if you fancy wild swimming, or kite surfing.
The nearest towns is Biscarrosse (5.8km) and the parc operates its own kids club that you can utilise during your stay for ages 4-6 and 7-10.
Dogs are welcome in selected accommodation types. Dogs must be kept on a lead around the parc.

La Pierre Verte
If you are looking for a lovely beach then you may want to visit La Pierre Verte. This Eurocamp parc has its own sandy beach and lagoon pool.
The parc has a great pool complex with a number of pools including a children’s pool with a toddler slide, spray features and small bucket drops. There are also various waterslides and a terrace with sun loungers to relax and watch the kids play.
If you are looking for various activities, then take your pick from archery, badminton, football, tennis, basketball and volleyball. The parc runs its own kids club for ages 4 to 17.
This parc is dog friendly – in selected accommodation.
La Baie Campsite
La Baie campsite is a small parc with 205 pitches and a great pool complex and kids club.
The nearest port is Roscoff and nearest town Plouescat.
The nearest beach is Plage de Plouescat (around 0.26km) and there is a great kids club available for ages 4 – 10 that you can utilise during your stay.
You can play sports like petanque, badminton and table tennis, plus there’s a pool complex complete with an indoor pool and a separate one for kids.
Dogs are welcome on site and must be kept on a lead at all times.
