We have had a wonderful Summer in our Campervan, Otis, we have recently visited Pembrokeshire and have just returned from a two week road trip to Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. As you can imagine, space is tight in the camper and I have to choose clothes that travel well for the five of us – there really is nothing worse than a bag full of creased clothing and we don’t have the space for lots of bulky clothes. I am always on the look out for kids clothes that look stylish, are versatile, and travel well. When Blade and Rose contacted me to ask if I would like to review a Blade and Rose Summer set, I jumped at the chance.
Blade and Rose is one of Britain’s leading children’s clothing brand that specialises in stylish, vibrant leggings that feature quirky designs on the bottom. More recently, Blade and Rose have expanded their product range to include children’s hats, bibs, tops, hoodies, socks and stylish and fun lace-up wellington boots. I have definitely got my eye on the gorgeous bobble hats and lace-up Wellington boots for the Autumn months.
The Blade and Rose Summer Set consists of a gorgeous summer t-shirt twinned with matching shorts. The sets are stylish, vibrant and feature the signature Blade and Rose quirky designs on the bottom. We love the grey and yellow woodland bear summer set with the eye-catching bear design on the bottom of the shorts. The outfits are gorgeous and soft – perfect for delicate skin, and the material is stretchy with a fabric waistband featuring the Blade and Rose logo. What I love the most is the vibrant and colourful designs of each set – just perfect for little ones. Having since returned home from our road trip and started on the mammoth washing pile, I can also add that the set washes well and I didn’t need to iron it (even better!).
The summer sets are available in 0-6 months, 6-12 months and 1-2 years. Designs include a Butterfly, Ship, Fairground, Ice Cream, Woodland Bear and Feather. The sets retail at £19.95 and are available online.
Be warned though – you will want them all.
