The beautiful county of Cheshire, tucked in the North West of England is an ideal holiday destination. The County of Cheshire is located in the Northwest of England. It borders Wales, Merseyside and Greater Manchester. Cheshire is a wonderful destination for a break. It is home to the City of Chester, with the most complete city walls, the oldest racecourse and the largest Roman Amphitheatre in Britain, plus a 1000 year old Cathedral and the iconic black and white timber buildings.

Camping in a fantastic budget option for a family friendly holiday. Cheshire is all about the great outdoors with plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, and water sports including canoeing and paddleboarding. There are some wonderful campsites in the UK, and Cheshire offers some great sites with camping near to Chester and near to Delamere Forest, too.
