Vanlife has soared in popularity over the last few years. Why? Well there is nothing better than packing up the campervan, and hitting the open road in search of sunsets and adventures. The UK offers historical cities, beautiful National Parks, and unique coastlines making it an ideal location for a campervan adventure. Vanlife festivals are also a great experience for all of the family including young children. There are plenty of great festivals across the UK happening this year that are family friendly (and some are dog friendly too). As you know, we love a festival, and we have compiled a great list of some of the top UK Vanlife festivals and gatherings happening this year.

Mighty Dub Fest 2026 Weekend VW Festival
18-21 June 2026 / Alnwick Castle, Northumberland
A family friendly VW festival celebrating VWs and live music. The weekend will be jam packed with live music, dog shows, craft workshops and street food. EVERYONE is welcome. You don’t have to have a VW to attend, bring along your tent, motorhome or caravan, and if glamping is. more your thing you can hire a glamping tent too.
Camperjam 2026
Date TBC/ Weston Park, Shropshire
Camper Jam is one of the most recognised UK VW festivals. This festival brings a weekend of campervan vibes to the VW community, celebrating all camper vans from T1s to T6s. This family friendly festival offers something for all ages, from craft workshops, tree climbing to live music and of course the Disco Shed!
Camp Quirky
Cancelled for 2025 TBC for 2026
Are you living the vanlife? If you a full time van lifer, self builder, or just love camper vans then Camp Quirky is for you. This vanlife festival offers a weekend of Vanlife workshops, wellness, a kids area, live music, street food, and LOTS of campervans. It is a great opportunity to meet up and meet like minded people.
VanLifeFest
2026 Dates to be confirmed / The West Mid Showground, Berwick Road, Shrewsbury, SY1 2PF
VanLifeFest is a family friendly campervan festival held in Shrewsbury. This is a festival that caters for everybody, with a friendly relaxed vibe. is live music, a trade village and plenty of family entertainment. This festival is also dog friendly.

Campervan Campout 2026
1st- 4th May 2026/ South of England Showground, Selsfield Road, Haywards Heath
This festival offers a weekend of live music, a campervan shopping village, artisan food and drink, wellness sanctuary, gin festival and silent disco! This year the festival features an exciting DJ set from Radio 2’s Sara Cox. Camping tickets and day tickets available.
ClubFest 2026
22 – 26 May 2026 / Kelmarsh Hall, Northamptonshire

ClubFest 2025 from the Caravan and Motorhome Club offers four days of live entertainment as well as plenty of fun activities and sports for all the family to enjoy. There is fantastic live on-stage entertainment and plenty for the kids to enjoy including nature club, have a go club, family club and sports club.
VanLove Fest
2026 dates TBC, Elvington Airfield York
Head to Vanlove Fest 2025 for the ultimate vanlife experience. This festival is aimed at people who love life on the road, from micro campers to overlanders, full-time or new van lifers, this vanlife festival offers the opportunity to meet-up with like-minded individuals. Line up includes Back to School disco with Chris Moyles, and full moon rave with Ellie Sax.
VW Breakout
2026 Dates TBC / Santa Pod Raceway, Northants
VW Breakout is a family friendly VW Festival offering a family friendly VW weekender!!!! At this relaxed VW festival expect quarter mile track action featuring Doorslammer Drag Racing, live Music, traders, a fun fair and a bar. Meet plenty of like minded individuals for a weekend of festival fun.
VW Music Festival Weekend
2026 Dates TBC / Harewood House, Leeds
VW Festival is not just about VW’s….It is a weekend of festival entertainments for all ages including live music, trade stands, and vehicle displays too.
Dubbed Out Festival
TBC / The Royal Cheshire Showground
Dubbed Out is a family-oriented Volkswagen festival (but all makes and models of vehicles are welcome). This vanlife festival offers a weekend of live music and entertianment including mini golf, circus, dub dog show, and axe throwing!
Vanlife Eats
2026 TBC / Dummer Down Farm Basingstoke, Hampshire
Head to the Vanlife Eats Festival for a vanlife gathering over three days and three nights, hanging out with fellow Vanlifers and easting amazing food, with a backdrop of live music, trade stalls, and family friendly activities. Dogs are welcome to this festival too!
Derbyshire Dubs VW Festival 2026
7-10th May 2026 / Seed Low Rake Camping, Wardlow, Derbyshire
Derbyshire Dubs VW Festival is a vanlife festival held in the Peak District in Derbyshire that offers a weekend of live music, circus skills, trade stores, dog show, and much more!
Alive and Kicking 2026
17th – 19th April 2026, Haughly Park, Suffolk
A back to basics weekend in Suffolk with family activities, traders, food and music!
Cranium Campout

VW Camp out

VW camp out is a VW gathering set on a beach overlooking Holy Island. Exclusively for VW only and not a show or festival, VW campout offers a chilled out weekend for VW lovers. Dogs are welcome. Caravans are allowed, but must be towed by a VW.
V Dubs Family weekend campout

V Dubs UK weekend campout is a chilled out weekend to reconnect with loved ones and enjoy outdoor life and enjoy the facilities onsite.
About our Family vanlife
We are a family of five and have a VWT5 camper. Over the years we have had to adapt our vanlife as our family has grown, and we have tried and tested many different sleeping arrangements to comfortably sleep five in a VWT5.
