UK Family Travel

We love to travel around the UK and spend the majority of our weekend and holidays exploring the UK.

There are so many amazing places to visit in the UK to visit you won’t be disappointed.

Visit the capital city of London and see Buckingham Palace, the tower of London, spend an hour in one of London’s parks, or even visit a family friendly museum. Don’t forget to watch a London Theatre show too.

If you love a beach, then visit the coast and explore the beautiful beaches that the UK has to offer. Exploring the Llyn Peninsula is a favourite of ours and there are some great family friendly campsites to choose from in North Wales. Enjoy the various watersports on offer including canoeing, surfing, wild swimming or paddleboarding. If you enjoy coastal camping, then you there are some great options for coastal campsites with a seaview too.

Spend plenty of time outdoors and explore one of the many National parks in the UK. There are some great campsites that offer a perfect base in the Peak District, Lake District, Loch Lomond, or Snowdonia.

The UK is a great option for a staycation with plenty of options for family holidays. Choose hotels, self-catering cottages, glamping in a pod, yurt, shepherd hut or family lodge. Glamping at the slate caverns in Snowdonia offers a unique glamping experience near to some epic attractions! If you prefer camping or vanlife there are plenty of awesome campsites in the UK, including campsites by water, campsites by a pub, and campsites close the coast. Take that a road trip and enjoy the view!
